WCF is proud to have coordinated the creation of a new style Neighbourhood Hub at Doddington Community Hospital at the request of the CCG.
This innovative project has integrated a range of provision including outpatient and diagnostic services to create an easily accessible one-stop shop to serve patients in the Fenland area.
The hub brings together clinics for diabetes, respiratory and cardiovascular disease under one roof with additional support from the voluntary sector also available on site.
Launched in November 2020 the project continues to develop with many more services planned for the coming months.
