Severe Mental Ilness Service
The aim of our SMI service is to reduce health inequalities and improve life expectancy for people living with severe mental illness, by improving engagement and supporting them to access physical health checks. Our specialist Health Care Assistants work with GP practices to improve access to physical health checks.
