WCF works in partnership with the Primary Care Network in the Fenland, St Ives, A1 and Huntingdon area to help relieve pressure on GPs, reduce health inequalities and build better communities where patients have easy access to a wide range of health care.
WCF provides project management tailored to meet the specific needs of each individual PCN. We help identify the gaps and any additional support that is required, recruit staff to deliver the services and manage those projects on behalf of GPs to ensure all patients have easy access to the necessary health care they need to improve their quality of life.
